Ingredients:

  • 5.2 oz (148g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (42g) Low-sugar fig jam
  • 1 tbsp (21g) Hot honey
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened Boursin cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer on medium speed for 60 seconds until the cheese looks fluffy and reaches a velvety consistency.
  3. Spoon the whipped cheese into a shallow serving bowl.
  4. Use the back of a rubber spatula to swirl the cheese, forming a deep well in the center.
  5. Spoon the low sugar fig jam into the middle of the swirl.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey over the jam and the surrounding cheese.
  7. Scatter the chopped pistachios across the top.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the nuts and honey until you see the crystals resting on the surface.
