Ingredients:

  • 50g panko breadcrumbs
  • 28g unsalted butter, melted
  • 3g garlic powder
  • 1.5g smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 150g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, chilled
  • 42g hot honey
  • 1g fresh thyme, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the panko, melted butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until the crumbs are evenly hydrated.
  3. Place the chilled Boursin puck in the center of the baking sheet.
  4. Using a spatula, press the panko mixture firmly onto the top and sides of the cheese to create a seal.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the crust is deep golden-brown and the cheese edges are softening.
  6. Remove from oven and let set for 2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle hot honey in a spiral pattern over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
