Ingredients:
- 50g panko breadcrumbs
- 28g unsalted butter, melted
- 3g garlic powder
- 1.5g smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 150g Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, chilled
- 42g hot honey
- 1g fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the panko, melted butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until the crumbs are evenly hydrated.
- Place the chilled Boursin puck in the center of the baking sheet.
- Using a spatula, press the panko mixture firmly onto the top and sides of the cheese to create a seal.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until the crust is deep golden-brown and the cheese edges are softening.
- Remove from oven and let set for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey in a spiral pattern over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
