Ingredients:
- 3 oz flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup distilled water
- 1/2 cup premium vodka
- 1/2 cup cold filtered water
Instructions:
- Arrange 20 plastic 2oz cups on a flat baking sheet. Bring 1 cup of distilled water to a rolling boil (212°F).
- Place the 3 oz of gelatin powder into a large glass mixing bowl. Pour the boiling water over the powder and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the liquid is clear.
- In a separate container, mix 1/2 cup of vodka with 1/2 cup of cold filtered water. Allow the hot gelatin mixture to sit for 3 minutes to slightly cool.
- Pour the cold alcohol and water mixture into the warm gelatin. Stir gently for 30 seconds to incorporate without creating air bubbles.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the 2oz cups, filling them 3/4 of the way. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
