Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the steak cubes completely dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the avocado oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over high heat until it just begins to smoke.
- Add steak bites in a single layer without crowding the pan. Sear undisturbed for 2 minutes, then flip and sear for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the unsalted butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir constantly for 1–2 minutes as the butter foams and the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Remove from heat immediately and garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
