Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (21g) Raw honey
- 1 tsp (5g) Chia seeds
- 1 tsp (3g) Ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup (110g) Fresh blackberries
- 1 tsp (5ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5g) Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (30g) Low-sugar toasted granola
- 1 tsp (3g) Hemp hearts
- 3-4 Fresh blackberries
- 1 Small mint leaf
Instructions:
- Place blackberries in a small bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and optional maple syrup, and gently press 3-4 berries with a fork to release natural juices.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, chia seeds, and flaxseed; stir vigorously until smooth and glossy.
- Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass jar.
- Add half of the prepared blackberry mixture, pressing gently to level.
- Sprinkle half of the granola and hemp hearts over the berries.
- Repeat the yogurt layer, followed by the remaining berries.
- Top with the remaining granola, a few whole blackberries, and a mint leaf.
