Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (21g) Raw honey
  • 1 tsp (5g) Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (3g) Ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup (110g) Fresh blackberries
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5g) Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Low-sugar toasted granola
  • 1 tsp (3g) Hemp hearts
  • 3-4 Fresh blackberries
  • 1 Small mint leaf

Instructions:

  1. Place blackberries in a small bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and optional maple syrup, and gently press 3-4 berries with a fork to release natural juices.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, chia seeds, and flaxseed; stir vigorously until smooth and glossy.
  3. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass jar.
  4. Add half of the prepared blackberry mixture, pressing gently to level.
  5. Sprinkle half of the granola and hemp hearts over the berries.
  6. Repeat the yogurt layer, followed by the remaining berries.
  7. Top with the remaining granola, a few whole blackberries, and a mint leaf.
