Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Arborio rice
- 4 cups whole milk
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice under cold water for at least 60 seconds until the water runs clear to remove excess surface starch.
- Grease the inner ceramic pot of a 6-quart slow cooker with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine the rinsed rice, whole milk, water, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in the slow cooker. Stir well to ensure ingredients are fully integrated.

- Stir in the vanilla extract, raisins, and cubed butter. Allow to rest for 20 minutes for carry-over thickening before serving.
