- 3-4 lb rump roast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Rub roast with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
